So today was leg day at the gym. Well more like chest, delt, tricep and leg day. My chest feels fine as of now, but my delts and triceps are feeling it. My legs and glutes are especially cooked at this moment. I can’t wait until tomorrow when it hurts to sit on the toilet and poop! I had to climb some stairs around an hour after my workout… total pain ensued. I totally hate leg day, but I have to if I want my leg press and squat to go up. I couldn’t do bench press today because NOBODY knows how to spot in that God forsaken gym I go to… I am switching gyms soon. I had to use the “chest press” machine. I prefer free weights unless it’s something like lat pull down or leg press. My favorite exercises are bench press, lat pull down and deadlift. I stopped lifting for a few years; I am slowly getting my strength back. In high school I maxed 405 pounds on bench press; worked out 5×5 with 335 pounds.
My girlfriend, A, and I are binging the Saw series. We are about to start 4 soon. We like horror movies :). I am also getting into Paper Mario, Ocarina of Time and Final Fantasy XV!
