Spring is almost here! There are only fifteen days of old man winter remaining. Of course there still may be some winter left. A few years ago there was a pretty decent snow storm in May. There was also a massive EF-5 tornado on May 22, 2011. So who knows what kind of “spring” we will have here in J-Town! The seasons here are as such: Winter for five months, Spring for a month, Summer for five months, then Fall for a month. Talk about a big diversity! The temperature reached 60 today; it will be around 51 on Tuesday and 44 on Wednesday. Then the temperature will rise again! It is no wonder why this winter has been hard on people with weak immune systems. Pneumonia, bronchitis and the flu have run rampant throughout most of the United States.
A good chunk of the states will get more daylight on March 11. Don’t forget to switch your clocks one hour ahead! Personally I hate DST. All it does is make me lose an hour of sleep. Sure, it is nice to have more sunshine and all, but I want my sleep, dammit! I checked out Flyleaf, by Flyleaf. I rented a copy from the library. Of course I will put a copy for my own purpose!
