Today is a happy day! I confirm that I have lost indeed 16 pounds on a scale while fully clothed. That leaves me at 314 unclothed and 317 clothed, shoes and all on. I learned how to poach an egg today! My goal weight is 295 to 300 around the start of October. This is a very realistic goal considering that I am now able to work out three to five days a week. By “working out” I mean running, cycling, weight lifting, volleyball, basketball and swimming. I enjoy all of these activities; although I am not the best basketball player around ;)

I have been watching horror movies and Naruto with my girlfriend. It is a lot of fun having someone who likes the same kind of movies and anime that you do! Tonight I rented Night of the Living Dead. The classic zombie movie; fuck your zombie apocalypse shows, this is how real zombies behave! B)

My weight is still going down. I have lost 16 pounds. I am sad to say that I have had 2 cheat days this week… BAD, ALEX! It won’t happen again for a loooooong time! My goal is 310 by August 24th. Wish me luck!

I had a case of minor food poisoning the other day. I was cramped on both ends of my GI. When stuff finally got moving, I was puking with a lot of the runs–at the same time. I blame it on a friend’s “Mexican chicken”. It sure was tasty but I will never eat it again. Along with fluid coming out of both ends, I got very dizzy and passed out on the bathroom floor.
On a happier note, the same friend that just about killed me let me borrow some of his stand up collection. I am borrowing all of the Blue Collar videos and 3 of John Pinette’s specials! I am also just about done with Sword Art Online season one!
First day of June and the summer weather has been hitting it very hard for a few weeks. Here in town the temperature is 90°F with a heat index of 97°F. The humidity is low for here: 55%; it still feels muggy as hell, though. In early May, the temperatures were running a nice 65°F to 75°F. Why is it so damn hot this early in June, and what happened to my spring? I suppose it is kind of good to skip the brunt of allergy season (although I still have a cough). I am hoping for a visit to my extended family up in Kansas City, MO late this month. I have some meetings and appointments, so I hope we can work out something to spend a week or so to see my family! The weather up in KC seems to be just like it is right here in town. I can hardly wait!
I have been binging Naruto over the past couple of weeks. I am on episode 91. I’m not going to talk about it to prevent spoilers just in case anyone who reads this forsaken blog won’t get hit with spoilers. A friend of mine gave me Sword Art Online and High School DxD. When I get bored of watching Naruto, which I doubt will happen soon, I will pop in a few episodes of these shows just to check them out.
I am level 68, almost 69, in AION. The grinding has gotten very slow over the past few weeks. I hope to make 70 eventually. When I get my main character to 70, I will beef up my alt character. The level cap is 75, but 70 will suffice my needs for now. Fatty tracker will be online this Sunday for those who are interested in my progress. It won’t be much at first because it has only been a week. Give it time and I plan on owning this thing! B)
Well I have had it. I am sick of being overweight! This past Sunday, the 27th, I started counting my calories. I have started exercising for at least 45 minutes for five days a week. I will weigh every Sunday and hope for a loss of three pounds per week. I have made a .pdf to count my way through this journey. I list my caloric intake, weight, and weight loss. There isn’t much on it so I will keep it private for a few weeks. I do plan on releasing it to the public soon though. I will say this: I have never been this heavy in my life… things need to change!
